The New Directions are heading back to school to start their Senior Year. With a new goal in mind to make it all the way back to Nationals, the glee kids are in for some fun new surprises. Mr. Schuester is more determined than ever to push them all the way to the top. But with determination, comes pressure. Will friendships and relationships survive the constant drive to make it to the top?

It was five o’clock in the morning. Finn was asleep, his bedroom door creaking open. It was a Monday morning, so he needed to get up soon, to get ready to go to work. The tiny person slowly and quietly walked towards Finn’s bed, the gigantor still sleeping. The invader crawled up on the bed, getting closer to Finn. The person sat down on Finn’s stomach, starting to bounce up and down.

“Daddy! Wake up!” The little boy was James, Finn’s son. “Come on, daddy. You need to get up and get ready.” For being the age of three, James was quite smart. “Do I have to buddy?” “Yes sir.” Finn opened his eyes, looking at the boy on top of him. “What are you doing on top of me, little guy? Come here.” Finn rolled them over, starting to tickle James until he begged him to stop. “Daddy!” He stopped and looked at the shorter boy. “Yes, Jamie?” “Go get ready.” “Yes, sir. Did you brush your teeth, get dressed, and get your bag together?” He asked these questions as he got out of bed, grabbing clothes to get a shower. “Yes. I’m going to go watch some T.V now.” “Alright, Jamie, I’ll be down soon to fix you some breakfast.” With that, they went their separate ways, until meeting up for breakfast in the kitchen.

After eating breakfast, getting in the car, and driving for fifteen minutes, Finn and James were at Cookies-N-Milk, Finn’s daycare center. Some of his workers were already there, standing outside, smoking cigarettes. “You know those things will kill you.” They chimed in with their usual ‘Yeah.’ and ‘We know.’ answers. Finn shook his head, unlocking the door. “Alright, go put your things away champ, and then you can help me figure out what snacks everyone might like today.” “Cool. Thanks dad.” Finn smiled that famous crooked smile of his, watching his son run to his cubbyhole/locker, putting his things away with a bright smile on his face.
